We love anything related to the Hilton and this Hotel did not disappoint. The staff was very nice and friendly and made sure we were happy with our check in. They were accommodating. My family and I really enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel. We were especially please with employee Alvaro, he helped us with our bags the moment we arrived and during breakfast was very helpful and made sure we had our food, drinks and anything else we needed. He did a very good job and we were very content with his customer service skills. He really did go above and beyond for that and it shows he does the same for other customers. Thank you Alvaro.

Breakfast is awful and always is when I stay here as not well made or too processed or substitutes made in recipes to save money like spam for ham and French fries for breakfast potato’s or a little green sauce from can poured over nacho chips instead of tortillas for cheap version of chilichiles.

The staff is so kind and helpful, the position is safe and 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel offer a free shuttle to the airport. The room are perfectly clean and new. We didn't have breakfast because we left very early. A perfect spot if you will spend a night to relax before the flight.

Staff,There was a gentelman that worked there that helped me get to the border when the cab service did not accomadate me, I wish I remembered his name but I was gratefull. Any time I had a question all of the staf were very helpfull.
